Promoting early childhood care and education -establishing Day Care centers approved by the Ministry of Industry Trade and Employment

Optimizing how public facilities are used. equipped and maintained-- especially for our senior citizens and youth

Upgrading the water system and other infrastructure

Making sure to pay proper attention to security matters at all local educational

institutions
