Experience and New Blood is a
winning combination
While many of our residents believe, as we do, that our
Yishuv is a wonderful place to live in and that great strides have been made
to beautify and improve our community, there are many things that can be
done to preserve and build upon the foundation already established. Kain La-Inyan
candidates have been active for years in the drive to improve our Yishuv and
have the experience and ability to further improve our Yishuv. Here is a
partial list of what we have done and will do IY"H on the next Vaad. Help us
by voting for Kain. It DOES make a difference who you vote for !
Our experienced
We believe - in the need to negotiate vigorously with
the Moetza and with the relevant government offices in order to find a way
to ease the financial burden on the residents. *** The Kain La-Inyan team
has the experience (as will be detailed in other messages) of saving the
Yishuv hundreds of thousands of Shekels in recent years. ***
We believe -in the need to construct an adequate
fence around the Yishuv, in the purchase of additional security equipment,
and in the need for constant contact with the police and security forces in
an effort to improve security around the Yishuv. *** Kain La-Inyan
candidates, such as David Rotter and Dov Gilor, are Mishmar Ezrachi police
volunteers, Security subcommittee members or actively involved in improving
Yishuv security. The current Vaad, the Security Subcommittee and a Kain
La-Inyan candidate (Dov), who is a member of the security subcommittee, are
actively investigating an automated Yishuv entrance system and other ways to
improve our security. ***
We believe - in the need to take the necessary legal steps against the
Ramat Modiim Company and against the Moetza of Modiim Elite to ensure their
fulfillment of all of their obligations to the Yishuv, including the payment
of all outstanding debts, and the payment for the Yishuv security costs. ***
The current Vaad has been successful in our enforcing and collecting of
these outside obligations and our experienced Kain La-Inyan team members,
Elliot Jaffe and Dov Gilor, have played a role in the negotiations and
should be given the opportunity to continue this process.***
We
believe - in encouraging educational initiatives in the school and in the
Yeshiva such as the splitting of large or difficult classes, the increasing
of extra-curricular activities and Torani classes, and in funding
educational material and teaching aides. *** Our current Vaad and the
Education Vaada, chaired by Kain La-Inyan candidate, Dov Gilor, have
provided funds for special activities in both the elementary school and in
the Yeshiva. A special fund from the Yishuv Phone Directory profits
(prepared voluntarily by a Kain La-Inyan candidate, Dov Gilor) has in recent
years helped special educational projects in the Ganim and the schools.
We
believe that there is a desperate need for housing for young families on
our Yishuv. The Kain La-Inyan team will work with the Moetza and government
offices to allocate land for this housing. *** A Kain La-Inyan candidate,
Judy Simon, has been helping potential residents for years to find
apartments, houses and land. ***
We
believe - that Vaad activities should be public and that there is a need for
a continual flow of information between the Vaad and the residents. This
would include a timely response to public requests and an explanation of the
decisions made by the Vaad. *** REMEMBER, it is a Kain La-Inyan candidate,
Dov Gilor, who sends out the Vaad minutes to residents ***.
We believe - in the need for a continuous and controlled
development plan that will benefit and improve the quality of life for all
of us and in the need to maintain the development work already completed in
the Yishuv. *** A candidate of Kain La-Inyan team, Elliot Jaffe, as the Rosh
Vaadat Pituach, and Yael Lieser and Dov Gilor, as members of the Vaada, are
directly responsible for the greatly enhanced beauty of our Yishuv in recent
years.. ***
We believe - in the need for adequate maintenance of all Yishuv
property including pathways, sidewalks and public benches and in the need
for recycling bottles and paper by installing the necessary collection
facilities.
We believe - in the need for more and improved sports facilities
in our Yishuv. A top priority is fixing the baseball field, making it not
only safer for our children but also upgrading it so that the area will
include space for a running track and football and soccer facilities.
Our Vaad candidates will work with the Sport Subcommittee to construct
additional facilities for Yishuv adults and youth such as: exercise
facilities (weight room/cardio equipment), a football and soccer field,
tennis courts and a running track.
We believe in the immediate need for a Mikvah in the Yishuv and
the current vaad and a Mikvah subcommittee have been working hard to finally
get the Mikvah that we were promised. We hope to have good news on this
topic in a very short while.

- ניסיון ודם חדש הם
שילוב מנצח!
מהניסיון של חלק ממועמדי רשימת "כן לענין" ומההצעות של "הדם
החדש" ברשימה, אנו מביאים לך את הנושאים הראשונים שעלינו לטפל בהם כחברי הועד
החדש. תן קולך ל"כן" שנוכל לממש התחייבותנו!
מסים: בלי מסים אין
פעילות נוער, אין רב ביישוב, אין ספורט, אין נקיון, אין בטחון, וכו', אבל יותר
מדי מסים, "אין התושבים יכולים לעמוד בהם." מועמדי "כן לענין" ישתדלו לשכנע את
המועצה להחזיר אחוז גדול יותר מהארנונה של התושבים ליישוב כדי להוריד את המסים
שמשלמים התושבים. המועמדים הותיקים של "כן לענין" כבר חסכו מאות אלפי שקלים
ליישוב, גם בחינוך וגם בפיתוח. נעבוד גם להוריד את נטל מס השמירה והביטחון,
ע"י חלוקת העלות בין גני מודיעים ובין רמת מודיעים. שמירה על רמה סבירה של מסים
היא אבן יסוד של רשימתנו. תן קולך ל"כן לענין" כדי שנוכל להמשיך במשימה של
חסכון והורדת מסים!
בטחון: לדעתנו, נעשתה
פעילות להורדת רמת הפריצות לבתים ביישוב אבל לא נעשה מספיק ע"י המשטרה והשמירה
ביישוב לחסל את התופעה. מועמדי "כן לענין" יקשרו קשרים הדוקים יותר עם משטרת
בנימין, עם הצבא ועם חברת השומרים כדי להוריד עוד יותר את רמת הפריצות. נשתדל
להפעיל את המשטרה, השומרים, משמר האזרחי ומאגר מתנדבים במלחמה נגד הגנבים.
נבדוק גם את האפשרות לשפר את התאורה ברחובות חשוכות ונבחן את האפשרות להעמיד
מצלמות וידיאו במספר מקומות ביישוב.
ביוב: ביישוב יש תחנת
טיהור ביוב שלדעתנו אינה מספיקה לטפל בביוב ולחסל את הריחות בסביבה. מועמדי "כן
לענין" ילחצו על המועצה לחבר את הביוב של היישוב לצינור מקרית ספר המתחברת
לצינור הארצי, וכך לשפר את הסביבה שלנו.
חינוך: יש מספר נושאים
בחינוך שמועמדי "כן לענין" כבר עובדים עליהם עם מפקחת הגנים ועם מנהל בית הספר.
עולים רבים מארה"ב מגיעים ליישובנו ויש צורך באולפן מקומי ובסיוע מיוחד לילדי
העולים. דב גילאור, יו"ר ועדת החינוך, נמצא בעיצומה של משא ומתן עם מפקחת הגנים
לנסות לקבל יום לימודים ארוך בגני החובה, ושיעורים בשפה העברית לתלמידים. אנו
נמשיך ללחוץ על משרד החינוך ועל מחלקת החינוך במועצה לקבל סיוע נוסף לכל
ילדינו. מרווחי מדריך הטלפון של כל שנה, דב מסייע לפרויקטים מיוחדים בחינוך,
וועדת החינוך מקצה סכומים לפרויקטים נוספים. תן קולך ל"כן לענין" כדי שנוכל
להמשיך לסייע לפרויקטים מיוחדים בחינוך.
זוגות צעירים: כולנו
כואבים את העובדה שאין דיור מתאים לדור ההמשך של תושבי היישוב. מועמדי "כן
לענין" פנו למועצה ולמועמדים ליו"ר המועצה בדרישה שיפעילו את כוחם לפתור את
בעיית הדיור לזוגות צעירים. נפעל לשכנע אותם לממש את הבטחותיהם בנדון לסייע לנו
למצוא פתרון הולם למצב.
שקיפות: כולם בעבר
הבטיחו שקיפות בפעילות ועד היישוב והיום רק מועמד של "כן לענין", דב גילאור,
מקיים (כבר חמש שנים) את ההבטחה. תן ל"כן לענין" קולך שנוכל להמשיך לתעד עבור
כולם את הנעשה בוועד.
פיתוח היישוב: מספר
מועמדים של רשימת "כן לענין", אליוט יפה – יו"ר ועדת פיתוח, יעל ליזר ודב
גילאור – חברי ועדת פיתוח, כבר פועלים לשפר את פני היישוב. אם תתנו לנו את הכח
(את קולך), נתחזק ונשפר עוד את הפיתוח (כגון לבקש מימון מהמועצה לסלול מחדש את
חצי השני של כביש הטבעת) ונעבוד עם המועצה לדרוש תוספות לתקציבים מיוחדים (תב"רים)
כדי להמשיך את הפיתוח. כולנו מעוניינים ביישוב יפה ואנו נמשיך להפעיל את פועלי
היישוב שחוסכים ליישוב כסף רב ועושים עבודת פיתוח יפה.
מתקני ספורט: שני
המועמדים ליו"ר המועצה מודעים לדרישה לאולם ספורט ולשיפור מגרשי הספורט
הקיימים. תן ל"כן לענין" את קולך כדי שנוכל להפעיל את קשרינו איתם כדי לשפר את
המתקנים ולבנות מתקנים נוספים ביישוב.
שטח לאירועים: כבר אין
מספיק מקום לכל התושבים במגרש הכדורסל של בית הספר. דרוש שטח גדול יותר
לאירועים של כל היישוב כגון עצרת יום הזכרון, חגיגות יום העצמאות, שבת ארגון של
בני עקיבא, ועוד. מועמדי הרשימה "כן לענין" יעבדו עם המועצה ועם גורמים פרטיים
כדי להוסיף תאורה וטריבונות למגרש הספורט של היישוב.
מקווה: המועמדים של "כן
לענין" כבר עובדים זמן רב על נושא המקווה, ואנו תקווה שהמקווה ביישוב ייבנה
בקרוב.
ספריה: המועמדים מרשימת
"כן לענין" בוועד הנוכחי עבדו זמן רב על נושא בניית הספרייה החדשה. אליוט יפה,
יו"ר ועדת תשתיות, הודיע שבניית הספרייה יתחיל בקרוב.
תחבורה: לא כדאי לחכות
(חס ושלום) לתאונה ביישוב, ועלינו לטפל כבר היום בנהגים שעוברים על החוק.
מועמדי "כן לענין" יקשרו קשרים הדוקים יותר עם משטרת בנימין אשר יעזרו לנו
לאכוף את חוקי התנועה ביישוב.
חניה: אין מספיק חניה
ביישוב ועל הועד לבקש סיוע מהמועצה להסדיר את בעיית החניה.
טיפול בהיתרי בניה: זה
זמן רב המועצה אינה פועלת להוציא היתרי בניה והיתרי תוספת בניה על בניינים
ישנים ביישוב. נפעל עם מחלקת מהנדס המועצה כדי להגיע להסדר עבור כל הבתים
ביישוב אשר ניתן להגיע להסדר עבורם.
דואר: בעיית חלוקת הדואר
נמשכת זה זמן רב ועלינו לפעול כדי להסדיר את החלוקה. אחת המועמדות של "כן לענין",
ג'ודי סימון עוזרת רבות בדואר ומכירה מקרוב את הבעיה. תן ל"כן לענין" את קולך
כדי שהיא תוכל לעזור במציאת פתרון למצב.
פעילות קהילתית: חשוב
לשמור על המיוחדות של כל קהילה ביישוב ובאותו הזמן לגבש את הזרמים השונים
ביישוב לקהילה ישראלית אחת. המועמדים של "כן לענין" בוועד הנוכחי, כבר פועלים
לגבש את תושבי היישוב לקהילה אחת ע"י ההחלטה להביא ליישוב רכז קהילה מקצועי.
הוא (או היא) יעבוד עם המבוגרים ועם הנוער כדי לתכנן פעילויות ופעולות כדי
להגיע למטרה זו. ג'ו אופנבכר, ראש רשימת "כן לענין" ואשתו אביבה, כבר ארגנו
יותר מתריסר אירועים קהילתיים ביישוב.
האיכות של ועד היישוב בחמש השנים הבאות היא בידיך. הקול שלך
חשוב וחבל לבזבז אותו. הצביעו "כן לענין"! הצביעו
